Reorganization 2007
 

    February 5, 2007--The Ocean County Utilities Authority held its annual Reorganization Meeting.  At this meeting John C. Parker and Carol A. Scull were sworn in to serve additional terms as Commissioners of the Authority.
     The Board of Commissioners re-elected Commissioner John C. Parker as Chairman of the Authority; Anna B. Jacobi as Vice-Chairwoman; Frank Pannucci as Secretary; and Daniel J. Hennessy as Treasurer.
     Richard H. Woods, Esq., who served as the Authority’s General Counsel for approximately 35 years through the firm of Hiering, Dupignac, Stanzione & Dunn P.C.  was presented with a Resolution acknowledging his expert legal counsel and invaluable dedication to The Ocean County Utilities Authority.  The Board of Commissioners and Authority staff extend to Richard H. Woods, Esq. their sincere best wishes for good health and happiness in his retirement.
